Custom Shop OOOO 12th fret

We went to the Martin Custom Shop to personally select wood for a number of Custom Shop guitars. This is one of those guitars. The OOOO model is something for players who are looking for a traditional guitar somewhere between a OM model and a dreadnought. This guitar has the body shape of an Orchestra Model, but it is slightly bigger and has more volume. On this particualr guitar we have combined the OOOO shape with a slope shoulder that meets the neck at the 12th fret. The VTS top and the slotted headstock add to the vintage character of this guitar. Its appointments are simple and elegant and of quality materials. This guitar will attract both strummers and fingerpickers. It has plenty of headroom for fierce strummers and it has beautiful tone definition when finger picked.
