This Master Series acoustic guitar is hand built. The top is Dolomite Spruce and the sides and back are Madagascar Rosewood. And not only does it look beautiful, it is also a wonderfull sounding instrument. Let's dive into the sound, the Dowina combines full tight bass with nice clear highs. Exactly what you expect from the rosewood and spruce combination. The individual notes remain nicely seperated when playing chords. And the guitar has a tremendous amount of sustain. And finally; the guitar is loud, surprisingly loud even.The rosewood has a nice dark flame and is finished with open pores in a matte finish. This gives the guitar a robust appearance. The top has a glossy lacquer finish.
