The Gibson Faded series of guitars and basses is named for its thin, satin-like nitrocellulose finish which contributes to their resonance and response according to many enthusiastic owners. Because the finish doesn’t undergo the typical labor- and time-intensive sanding, recoating, curing and buffing regimen required of glossy finishes, Gibson has been able to churn out these guitars out in impressive numbers and at lower cost compared to instruments with glossy finishes. This guitar is for the player and this guitar has been played since 2006. As it's a faded model you'll see a lot of players wear on the guitar, the frets are in very good condition, so no need to replace or level them. The neck had a crack and has been fixed and the bridge and tailpiece are replaced by a Gotoh one the original is still present and included. The pots have been upgraded and the original ones are included. The guitar is good condition and plays and sounds amazing, what is really special that this guitar weighs: 3.2kgs! An absolute lightweight Les Paul and might be the lightest Les Paul we have ever had in our store. The guitar comes with the original hardcase en case candy and pickguard.
