CLICK & COLLECT

You can pick up ordered items at the store. Order online and choose the Click & Collect option as the shipping method. Please call ahead so we know you are coming and we don’t have too many people in the store at once.

YES, WE ARE OPEN FOR REPAIRS

Our workshop is open for repairs and modifications. Please make an appointment to bring your instrument or amplifier. You can do that by phone 0172-417990 or by mail info@kauffmannsguitarstore.com.

YES, WE TAKE ONLINE ORDERS

Our online store is open 24/7. We ship quickly and reliably Monday through Friday.

RENT A GUITAR

Try a different guitar for a change. Through our sister company Rentocaster you can rent a guitar for as little as €25 a month. And you can change it as often as you like.

Do you find it difficult to make a choice online? We understand. Let us help you by using Facetime or Whatsapp to let you hear and see the instrument of your choice. You can ask your questions. Or compare the instrument with other instruments. Click here to schedule a demo.
